MY APPROACH
Here is my client, Tina’s story:
Since a little more than 15 years, Tina has a high-level executive job with responsibilities and people management involved. Even if it is an interesting and a “very good job” as people would qualify it, she is unhappy. She has a feeling of “been there done that”, and something… sparkling.. is missing… (some people would probably talk about drive or a purpose). She cannot really talk about her feelings with anyone because, in these times, she should be happy to even have a job – let alone at her age ! Everything seems so complicated and Tina feels lost… she wishes she could find a solution and a way out of this situation but she does not know where to start.
